Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Thermal, CA

Providing essential nursing care within K-12 educational settings, this long-term substitute role offers the opportunity to support diverse student populations across multiple school sites in Thermal, CA. The position requires hands-on clinical skills and the flexibility to adapt to various environments throughout the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and provide care including G-tube feedings and tracheostomy maintenance
• Assist with student transfers, diapering, and toileting as necessary
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure the health and safety of students
• Rotate between multiple school locations to meet diverse student needs
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with educational teams

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid LPN/LVN license and active CPR certification
• Experience working in California school settings preferred

Work Schedule:
