• Graduation from an accredited nursing program recognized by the Alabama Board of Nursing
• Associate degree or higher in nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Prior experience as an LPN within school settings is required
• Ability to adapt quickly and confidently while covering multiple school locations as assigned

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, professional nursing care to students in accordance with school district policies
• Track student health records, administer medications, and provide first-aid or emergency interventions as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student health plans
• Maintain communication with administrators and participate in the development of individualized student care plans
• Serve as a resource for health education and awareness within the school community
• Provide coverage across various campuses with a primary home base assigned
