Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and valid LPN/LVN license in the state of Georgia
• Previous experience in a pediatric, school, or similar setting preferred

• CPR certification and updated immunizations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Primary Responsibilities:

• Delivering daily nursing care and health monitoring for an elementary school student
• Assisting with medication administration, medical procedures, and treatment plans as prescribed
• Responding promptly and professionally to medical situations or emergencies
• Advocating for the student’s health needs within the school environment
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided and student progress
• Coordinating with teachers, school staff, and student’s family as needed
• Ensuring a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for the student’s academic and social engagement
