Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid LPN/LVN license in Massachusetts
- Previous experience in pediatric, school, or complex care settings preferred

- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and diverse student health needs
- Detailed documentation and organizational abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide routine and urgent nursing care to elementary students as directed by the RN
- Support individualized health plans for students with complex medical needs
- Respond quickly to medical issues, administering first aid, medication, or treatments as required
- Maintain accurate health records and assist with documentation and reporting
- Communicate effectively with families, staff, and medical providers as part of the school health team
- Support a healthy and safe environment through health education and awareness initiatives
