Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid LPN/LVN license in Massachusetts
• Previous experience in pediatric, school, or complex care settings preferred

• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and diverse student health needs
• Detailed documentation and organizational abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide routine and urgent nursing care to elementary students as directed by the RN
• Support individualized health plans for students with complex medical needs
• Respond quickly to medical issues, administering first aid, medication, or treatments as required
• Maintain accurate health records and assist with documentation and reporting
• Communicate effectively with families, staff, and medical providers as part of the school health team
• Support a healthy and safe environment through health education and awareness initiatives
