LPN - School in West Chester, PA

Located conveniently near West Chester, PA, this is a weekday position offering balanced work-life hours: Monday through Friday, 8:15 am to 3:45 pm.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for student care and a flexible, supportive approach to working in a collaborative school environment. You will primarily assist as a teaching assistant and contribute to a safe and nurturing space, with occasional nursing responsibilities as required.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current and active LPN/LVN license
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric environment is a plus
• Competency in tube feeding, seizure monitoring, medication administration, and aspiration monitoring (or willingness to learn)
• Adaptability to step in at various locations if nurse coverage is needed
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students and staff by primarily performing teaching assistant duties
• Accompany students to inclusion classes and help facilitate an inclusive learning environment
• Provide occasional nursing care, including medication administration, tube feeding, seizure observation, and meal-time monitoring
• Remain flexible and willing to work in other locations within the district to cover RN/LPN absences as required
