What We’re Looking For:

• Active LPN/LVN license in Connecticut
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Prior experience working with pediatric or medically fragile populations preferred
• Strong sense of professionalism and reliability
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with school staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide full-day one-on-one nursing care for a student with complex medical needs
• Monitor and address the student’s health status throughout the school day
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond to emergencies as needed
• Communicate regularly with families, school nurses, and educational staff
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Uphold confidentiality and support the student’s inclusion in school activities
