Elementary 1:1 School-Based Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Weymouth, Massachusetts

A contract Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is needed to provide dedicated 1:1 nursing support for an elementary school student. This position is based in Weymouth, MA, and requires a professional who is skilled in delivering personalized healthcare services within an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to a student requiring 1:1 support throughout the school day.
• Monitor student’s health status and manage medical needs as outlined in care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following school and healthcare protocols.

Qualifications:
