School Nurse (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Whittier, CA

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, valid LPN/LVN license in California

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to students, including administering medications and monitoring health conditions

• Serve as a resource to students, families, and staff for health-related concerns and chronic disease management
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Support the creation and implementation of individualized healthcare plans for students with special needs
• Respond effectively and calmly in emergency situations, following all school protocols
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to promote a healthy school environment
