• Current, active LPN or LVN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Experience working in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Ability to provide dedicated 1:1 care, including medical procedures and daily monitoring
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• Capable of maintaining accurate health records and following care plans
• BLS/CPR certification required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive healthcare to a designated student on a 1:1 basis during school hours
• Administer medication, monitor conditions, and handle emergencies with professionalism
• Document health interventions and update records in compliance with regulations
• Communicate observations and recommendations to parents, guardians, and school personnel
