Seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a contract position in a school setting located in Winder, GA. This role involves providing essential nursing care to pre-kindergarten students and supporting a safe and healthy learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing skilled nursing care to 4-year-old students in a Pre-K classroom
• Administering medical treatments as needed under supervision
• Assisting with tracheostomy care; candidates must be trach trained or have comfort and experience working with trach patients
• Safely transporting students to and from their homes via school bus, ensuring continuous care during transit
• Collaborating with educators and support staff to address student health needs throughout the school day
• Monitoring and documenting students' health status and communicating any concerns promptly

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN or LVN license required
• Previous experience in pediatric or school nursing preferred
• Competency and comfort with tracheostomy care a must
