Positions Available:

• Full-Time, 1:1 with a 10th grade student with diabetes: 7:30am–2:55pm
• Bus Riding Only: 7:15am–9:15am and 1:30pm–3:45pm

Your Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with active state licensure
• Previous experience in a healthcare, educational, or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to respond compassionately and efficiently in a fast-paced school environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care, especially 1:1 diabetes management for students as needed
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond to medical emergencies
• Accompany students on bus rides to ensure safety and well-being during transportation
• Maintain accurate health records and communicate with school staff regarding student health concerns
• Promote wellness by educating students and staff about healthy lifestyle practices
