What we’re looking for:

• Current, active national certification as a Music Therapist
• Experience working with children in educational or therapeutic settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with students and staff
• Ability to plan, implement, and document individualized music therapy sessions
• Capacity to pass time-sensitive credentialing requirements, including fingerprinting/background check and drug screening

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct music therapy services to approximately 3–4 students per visit (students are seen on an every-other-week schedule)
• Developing tailored goals and session plans for each student, using evidence-based music therapy interventions
• Maintaining accurate session documentation to monitor student progress
• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and school personnel to support holistic student development
• Adhering to school district policies and maintaining a safe, positive learning environment
