Qualifications & Experience:
- Active National Certification in Music Therapy (required)
- Experience working with children in school or educational settings preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to school policies
- Must complete district fingerprinting (background check) and drug screening promptly
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct music therapy services, developing individualized treatment plans for each student
- Evaluate progress and adjust interventions to meet IEP goals
- Maintain accurate, confidential records of sessions and student outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to ensure services are integrated within the educational framework
