Key Qualifications:

• Active National Certification as a Music Therapist
• Previous experience providing therapy services in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage a rotating caseload
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with staff and families
• Successful completion of fingerprinting, background check, and drug screening as required

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and small group music therapy sessions for students, ages and needs to be confirmed upon assignment
• Develop, implement, and document therapy plans tailored to each student’s goals
• Consult with school professionals and parents on progress and best practices
• Maintain accurate records and comply with district protocols and confidentiality standards
• Adapt interventions creatively to support engagement and achievement
• Be flexible regarding assigned campus locations within the district as required
