Key Qualifications:
- Texas Standard Educator Certificate with specialization in Music EC-12
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Newly certified or experienced Music Therapists welcome
Location: Houston, TX and surrounding areas
Employment Type: Part-time / Per Diem, approximately 2 days a week
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized music therapy services to students across grades K-12
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate music therapy goals into student learning plans
- Assess, document, and report progress on therapeutic objectives
- Engage students in therapeutic music activities to support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
