Orientation & Mobility Specialist (2 Days/Week)
Location: Tumwater, WA
School Year: 2026–2027
Schedule: 2 days per week

We are seeking a dedicated Orientation & Mobility (O&M) Specialist to provide services to students in a school-based setting in Tumwater, WA for the 2026–2027 school year.

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized orientation and mobility instruction to students with visual impairments
Assess students' mobility needs and develop appropriate goals and strategies
Collaborate with teachers, families, vision professionals, and school staff
Document services and student progress
Qualifications:

Certified Orientation & Mobility Specialist (COMS) preferred
Experience working with children and students with visual impairments preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
