Requirements:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Washington OT license (or eligible) and ESA certificate
School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement IEP goals
Provide direct therapy services
