Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current OT licensure (or eligibility) in the state is required
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of pediatric development and IEP processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Implement evidence-based OT interventions within the school environment
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide insightful recommendations for student success
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and other required paperwork accurately and timely
• Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and family members
