Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active OT license for school-based practice
- Previous experience in a school environment preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to design individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs

Areas of Responsibility:
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students, focusing on academic access, functional skills, and independence
- Conduct evaluations to identify student needs and develop tailored intervention strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive support for students
- Maintain clear documentation, progress reports, and uphold compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise for student planning
- Offer training and resources to staff and families to reinforce skills outside of therapy sessions
