Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based or pediatric settings
• Familiarity with K-12 populations, including adapting approaches for various developmental stages
• Strong understanding of both educational and healthcare practices in occupational therapy
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
• Organized and flexible, able to effectively manage a varied caseload over a 3-day weekly schedule

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group therapy to students, focusing on improving fine motor, sensory processing, and functional life skills
• Assess student needs, develop intervention plans, and monitor progress in collaboration with educational teams
• Document all services rendered in accordance with school and professional guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary support plans
• Provide strategies and training for teachers and families to best support students in the classroom and at home
