• Active Occupational Therapy license in New York

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to different school environments and grade levels

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students in educational settings
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized interventions that promote student participation and development
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to address student needs and set attainable goals
• Contribute to and attend IEP meetings, offering expert recommendations and progress updates
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Employ creative, engaging therapeutic activities that help students access the curriculum and maximize independence
