Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist license (IL)
  • Experience with school-age populations (elementary/middle school)
  • Knowledge of IEPs, adaptive equipment, and therapeutic interventions for school environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy and support to students across elementary and middle school resource and self-contained settings
  • Complete assessments, develop IEP goals, and maintain documentation
  • Engage in monthly meetings, roundtable discussions, and ongoing process improvement initiatives
  • Utilize available equipment and materials to deliver high-quality therapy
  • Connect with colleagues regionally through a dynamic intranet platform
