Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred

• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students, targeting functional skills for educational success
• Work collaboratively with teachers, special educators, and parents to develop and implement IEP goals
• Assess students’ needs and progress through standardized and school-based assessments
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
• Adapt interventions to be suitable for each student’s unique needs and school environment
• Educate staff and families on strategies to support student independence
