Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current California OT licensure

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students' functional abilities and needs within the school context
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals
• Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success and access to the curriculum
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing OT expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for assigned caseload
• Offer consultation and training to educators regarding strategies and accommodations
