Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy licensure for California
• Previous experience working in a school-based setting, ideally with K-12 students
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt interventions for varying student needs
• Passion for supporting student development and success in the classroom

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students requiring occupational therapy services
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy, focusing on improving fine motor, sensory processing, and functional school skills
• Work alongside teachers, special education staff, and families to integrate effective strategies for student growth
• Document progress and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and help shape student goals
