A full-time Occupational Therapist opportunity is available for the 2025–2026 school year, working onsite with K-5 students in a school setting located in Anderson, IN. This role focuses on providing comprehensive OT services within a traditional school environment for young learners, supporting their developmental and functional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy evaluation, treatment, and consultation services to students in grades K through 5
  • Collaborate with educational staff, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to state licensure, certification, and fingerprint clearance requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid State Occupational Therapy License
  • State Teaching Certificate relevant to school-based OT services
  • State Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Experience working in school-based occupational therapy preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to function independently in a fully onsite environment

Location:

  • This is a fully onsite, full-time position (40 hours per week) based in Anderson, Indiana
