A full-time occupational therapy opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year, supporting students in grades K-5 within a K-12 school setting in Anderson, Indiana. This on-site contract position focuses on delivering quality OT services designed to enhance student participation and development across academic and social environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to elementary students in grades K-5.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Utilize evidence-based teletherapy and home health strategies when appropriate.
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Valid State Occupational Therapist License.
  • State Teaching Certificate.
  • State Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Experience working in school-based OT, teletherapy, healthcare, or home health is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Commitment to student-centered care and educational collaboration.

Position Details:

  • Location: Anderson, Indiana (Fully on-site).
  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Contract duration: School Year (CSY).

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate within the $45-$50 range, based on experience and specialty.
