As the lead OT, your expertise will make a difference for school-aged children while you also mentor and supervise a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapist license in Minnesota (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Prior experience delivering OT services in school settings strongly preferred
  • Comfortable providing support to students across elementary and middle school age groups
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervision experience, especially overseeing a COTA
  • Strong collaborative skills and commitment to evidence-based practice

Key Responsibilities:
