Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Minnesota (MN)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred, bringing familiarity with IEPs and collaboration with multidisciplinary education teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and families
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students, focusing on enhancing participation in educational activities and daily living skills
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to set student-centered goals and interventions
• Assess, develop, and implement personalized therapy strategies for students with diverse needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations for best practices and accommodations
• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and therapy sessions in accordance with school policies
