1:1 Grades 9 - 12 Occupational Therapist School Setting in Ann Arbor, MI

Your expertise will empower students from Kindergarten through 12th grade, including those needing individualized 1:1 support, as they navigate learning, develop essential skills, and achieve personal growth.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid OT license in the state of Michigan (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience delivering occupational therapy services in K-12 educational settings, with comfort working across elementary, middle, and high school populations
• Ability to conduct evaluations and implement IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
• Strong skills in providing both group and individualized (1:1) interventions
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students’ abilities, needs, and goals relevant to school success
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and families
• Deliver therapy services to a diverse caseload across grades K-12, including 1:1 direct interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary plans, and provide staff with strategies to support student development
• Maintain detailed records and progress reports on student growth and outcomes
