From September 18th through January 4th, you’ll play a key role supporting children’s growth as a full-time Occupational Therapist. In this dynamic role, you will serve both a middle school and an elementary site, providing high-quality therapy services while also mentoring and supervising a talented COTA.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state OT license (or eligibility) for practicing in Minnesota
- School-based occupational therapy experience strongly preferred
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus, especially overseeing COTAs
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to elementary and middle school students
- Assess, develop, and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Supervise a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), ensuring quality and compliance
- Consult with educators, families, and other stakeholders to support students’ success
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in accordance with school and state policies
- Travel between middle and elementary school sites as needed
