Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Minnesota
• Previous experience working in a school or pediatric environment preferred
• Sound knowledge of IEP process and documentation requirements
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement therapy for a variety of student needs
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Comfort working collaboratively with educators, families, and related service providers

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine functional abilities and therapy needs within the school setting
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans designed to support each student’s educational goals
• Document student progress; maintain accurate and timely records in line with district and state requirements
• Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers and other support staff to integrate effective strategies throughout the school day
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to support student-centered planning and progress monitoring
• Promote student independence and participation in school routines and activities
