Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist license (OT) in the state of Texas and/or eligibility to practice virtually for TN-based clients
• Previous experience providing OT services to school-aged children, K-12
• Competence with teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote engagement
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
• Passion for supporting students’ independence and educational progress

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual evaluations and develop tailored intervention plans for K-12 students
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in a fully remote format
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to ensure coordinated student support
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school and program standards
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on student needs and data feedback
• Commit to a weekly schedule of 6–7 therapy hours plus 10 weeks of comp time
