Qualifications and Experience:

• Active California OT license required
• Prior experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a school-based environment preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP development and documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with students, faculty, and parents
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered practice
• Ability to manage a full caseload and adapt therapy plans to diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students, focusing on fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and classroom participation
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans and treatment goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing assessments and reports
• Track and document student outcomes while adhering to all compliance requirements
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging therapy environment
