Occupational Therapist (OT) – Antioch, CA | 2026–2027 School Year

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based opportunity in Antioch, California during the 2026–2027 school year. This position will serve students ranging from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through age 22 and includes a combination of direct therapy, consultation, and assessment responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct occupational therapy services based on students’ individual needs and IEPs.
- Provide consultation and support to teachers, families, and other members of the educational team.
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and monitor individualized OT goals.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and service records.
- Support students in developing functional skills that promote participation and independence within the educational environment.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active or eligible California Occupational Therapist license
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Experience conducting assessments and providing direct and consultative services preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
