Key Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist with relevant credentials
  • Demonstrated experience in school settings, home health, and teletherapy
  • Deep understanding of gross motor skill development and best practices for pediatric populations
  • Ability to create individualized treatment plans that address IEP goals and student needs
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and other service providers
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all students

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and interpret evaluation data to develop targeted interventions in the school, home, or teletherapy setting
  • Deliver evidenced-based OT services designed to enhance student participation and independence
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes, treatment records, and IEP reports
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive support plans
  • Adapt strategies and interventions based on student progress and evolving needs
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as required by the district
