Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active and current Occupational Therapist license in California
  • Previous experience in school OT or pediatric clinical settings, preferred
  • Solid understanding of IEPs and familiarity with school-based documentation
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) onsite
  • Creativity, adaptability, and compassion when working with children ages 6-12

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide targeted OT assessments and direct therapies to students or pediatric clients
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on student needs
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff
  • Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Use creative strategies to support children’s fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all students
