School Occupational Therapist - Arivaca, Arizona

You'll have the chance to work on-site and remotely, utilizing your skills in school-based OT, teletherapy, and healthcare settings, while collaborating with educators and families for student success.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist
• Familiarity with school, home health, and teletherapy OT services preferred
• Experience in school-based OT is an asset, but new graduates are welcome
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative, positive approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions to K-12 students
• Participate in the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and allied health professionals to support student progress
• Document and track student goals, progress, and outcomes according to school and state guidelines
• Deliver services both in-person and through teletherapy platforms as needed
• Stay informed on best practices and educational standards in pediatric OT
