Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in school-based settings is a plus, but candidates from diverse backgrounds such as healthcare, home health, or teletherapy are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with students, families, and education teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive OT services to a diverse K-12 student population
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy interventions in person and/or virtually as needed
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student participation and progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, goals, and outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
