What we’re looking for:

  • Current Occupational Therapist license and credentials for school settings
  • Prior experience in elementary and/or middle school environments
  • Strong understanding of assessments, IEP processes, and school therapy documentation
  • Effective collaboration skills with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Enthusiasm for working with diverse student needs in resource and self-contained classrooms
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development

Role responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with student IEPs and school goals
  • Conduct assessments and use provided testing materials to guide intervention
  • Document progress and communicate effectively with team members and families
  • Participate in monthly meetings, roundtables, and regular 1:1 check-ins with leadership
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance service delivery
  • Engage in orientation programs, including a “Buddy Program” designed to ease your transition
  • Collaborate via a regional intranet platform for real-time support and idea exchange
