Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license in Illinois
  • Previous experience in schools, home health, healthcare, and/or teletherapy settings preferred
  • Ability to supervise and support COTAs effectively
  • Strong evaluation and assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive therapy experiences

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students and home health clients according to individualized plans
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and documentation
  • Supervise COTAs, providing guidance and feedback to ensure compliance with best practices
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms for remote support when needed
  • Adapt techniques and interventions to meet individuals’ unique needs and goals
