Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid state OT license

  • Ability to develop, implement, and adjust IEP goals
  • Passion for working with children and supporting their developmental needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ therapeutic needs

  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide recommendations for classroom modifications and adaptive tools
  • Educate caregivers and school personnel on supportive techniques
