Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience or strong interest in school-based OT settings
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine students’ unique needs
• Develop and carry out individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals

• Adapt materials and strategies to promote success for students with diverse abilities
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide consultation and professional development for school staff as needed
