Desired Skills and Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
- Experience delivering OT services in school-based environments
- Skilled in assessment, intervention planning, and IEP documentation

- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Adaptability to support students across grade levels and needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students’ functional abilities within the educational setting
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address students' academic and functional skills
- Provide direct therapy sessions, both individual and group, tailored to student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and federal guidelines
- Offer consultation and training to school staff and families on OT strategies to support student participation and performance
- Participate in IEP meetings, annual reviews, and other relevant school functions
