Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Open to itinerant travel between assigned schools
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Adaptability and resourcefulness when working with diverse student populations
• CPR certification recommended

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver a wide range of occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Travel between multiple school sites within the district as part of an itinerant assignment
• Assess students’ functional abilities related to performance in school environments
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement intervention strategies
• Maintain accurate records of progress, attendance, and therapy notes
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Educate school staff on integration of therapeutic activities throughout the school day
