In this role, you'll split your time between two engaging locations: Sky Ranch Academy and Capstone Academy. The schedule includes three days weekly at Sky Ranch and one day at Capstone, with a director who genuinely values flexibility and your work-life balance.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Special Service Provider (SSP) license issued by the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) is required
  • Experience providing OT services in school settings preferred
  • Ability to develop individualized treatment plans to support student success
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with teachers, staff, and families
  • Passion for encouraging student independence, participation, and skill-building

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct OT assessments and interventions for students with diverse needs
  • Collaborate closely with IEP teams to develop and implement effective therapy goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Offer consultative services and training to educators and parents as needed
  • Support students in accessing curriculum and school activities to ensure the least restrictive environment
