As an Occupational Therapist supporting a caseload of 50 students (25 at each school), you’ll play a vital part in helping children develop the skills they need for classroom success. This engaging position covers the 2026-2027 school year, running from mid-August through late May, and offers a dynamic split between two collaborative, supportive environments.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapy license required
  • At least one year of direct classroom experience as an OT
  • CDE licensure in place or in progress (must be submitted with application; resumes without licensing documentation will not be reviewed)
  • Strong background working with diverse student populations in a school setting
  • Proven ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized support plans

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite OT services to students with a range of needs as identified in their IEPs, with a caseload evenly split between two schools
  • Develop and implement intervention plans to foster student independence and achievement in the educational environment
  • Conduct assessments, document progress, and contribute to evaluations and IEP meetings
  • Consult with teachers and families to ensure coordinated, holistic student care
  • Travel between designated schools as scheduled, providing continuity and quality in service delivery
