Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience in a school environment or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes, evaluations, and documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with educators, families, and team members
• Adaptable, organized, and passionate about helping children succeed

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services, both one-on-one and in groups, in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and ongoing professional development
