Desired Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain) for California
- Prior experience with school-based therapy, particularly across K-12 settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with educators, families, and staff
- Ability to design and implement both direct and indirect therapeutic interventions
- Experience managing caseloads and documentation efficiently
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through high school
- Conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and tracking progress in collaboration with special education teams
- Delivering both direct and indirect services as required
- Maintaining timely documentation while adhering to school and state requirements
- Participating in meetings relevant to occupational therapy and student progress
