Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current OT license in Georgia (or eligibility)
• Previous experience in a school setting is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of sensory, motor, and adaptive skill interventions
• Ability to manage caseloads across multiple grade levels
• Strong collaboration and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students with a range of needs, including developmental, sensory, and physical challenges
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and families to support participation in daily school routines
• Contribute to IEP meetings with actionable goals and progress reports
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district requirements
• Offer consultative support and training for staff as needed
