Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current OT license in Georgia (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in a school setting is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of sensory, motor, and adaptive skill interventions
- Ability to manage caseloads across multiple grade levels
- Strong collaboration and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students with a range of needs, including developmental, sensory, and physical challenges
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and families to support participation in daily school routines
- Contribute to IEP meetings with actionable goals and progress reports
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district requirements
- Offer consultative support and training for staff as needed
