Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license (OT) in California
• California CTC (Commission on Teacher Credentialing) authorization required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings preferred
• Openness to both in-person and virtual service (Voco) provision
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to adapt approaches to varied student needs and educational environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to a diverse student population in a flexible, itinerant capacity
• Assess and document students’ functional abilities and educational needs
• Design and implement individualized interventions and evidence-based therapy plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student progress and ensure compliance with IEP goals
• Maintain accurate records, contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings, and advocate for student services
• Adapt to varying caseloads and site locations as needed
