Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license (OT) in California
- California CTC (Commission on Teacher Credentialing) authorization required
- Experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings preferred
- Openness to both in-person and virtual service (Voco) provision
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to adapt approaches to varied student needs and educational environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to a diverse student population in a flexible, itinerant capacity
- Assess and document students’ functional abilities and educational needs
- Design and implement individualized interventions and evidence-based therapy plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student progress and ensure compliance with IEP goals
- Maintain accurate records, contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings, and advocate for student services
- Adapt to varying caseloads and site locations as needed
